School Officials / Representatives: Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete the survey form below to help us better understand the needs of your school. We work with a wide variety of schools, and we expect to have several hundred WVKF Partnered Schools across West Virginia … so we welcome you to the TEAM!

This is a very general information survey to help us better understand how to serve your school and maximize (to the level you desire) your participation in the new federal tax credit scholarship program launching on January 1st, 2027.

By providing basic information about your school and the appropriate contacts we will be able to better coordinate the fundraising and scholarship processes. This collaboration allows us to build a strong, productive partnership that supports your school and families in the best way possible.
